1. How does VoIP work? Where can I use my phone?
   
   VoIP is Voice over Internet Protocol. It works by converting sound into data, which is transmitted over the Internet, and converted back at the other side.
2. Where can I use my phone?
    
   You can use your VoIP phone anywhere you can access a reasonably good quality internet connection supporting NAT -- in other words, most home, hotel or public connections.
   
3. How does Hosted Desktop Work?
   
   Hosted Desktop allows you to use your home desktop environment on any computer with an internet connection. Your applications and files exist on a remote server, maintaining your security and backing up all your files.
4. What programs can I get?
    
   Hosted Desktop comes standard with Microsoft Office. Custom programs are available on hosted desktop - this is subject to licensing limitations, but the list of preinstalled applications is growing constantly.
